Inviting Visitors on Trips

Visitors are welcome to come on 1 trip (day or overnight) prior to joining the Club.

Please follow these simple steps if you would like to invite Visitors along:

1. Request approval from the Trip Leader for Visitor(s) to attend trip;
2. Explain and ensure your Visitors can action and comply with Convoy Procedures;
3. Ensure your Visitors can operate all controls of their vehicle and understands their functions;
4. Ensure your Visitors meet/have the required  Vehicle Condition, Recovery and Safety Kit requirements to complete the trip;
5. Ensure your Visitors comply with the Code of Ethics and all instructions given by the Trip Leader; and
6. Support and look after your Visitors at all times.
